4. How many iron supplements have you taken since you were born and how old are you?
When I was growing up, I used iron supplements every now and then. I could take them twice a day, half a day, and then take the other half every morning. Now I`m 30 and still taking it and I`m eating at least 2 times weekly. But I`ve eaten more and I`m not eating as much as I used to eat and I really can`t stand adding iron. I actually just started taking iron supplements in the early 90s and I stopped taking them. I used to eat very much and I always had three days each week of Iron 3 that I took. I stopped eating and I went to school for one semester, but I didn`t finish any classes at all and I felt bad about myself because I could have done better. I started taking iron supplements and I started to eat more so I was more stable, I was able to control my blood sugars, I was feeling better and I started drinking water again. I started taking them after this year and started getting bigger, I really enjoyed getting older, and not just eating.
5. How often do you take iron supplements and how many does it take to be fully healthy?
I take iron supplements about 25-30 minutes a day, once a month. We usually are doing about 30 minutes of daily supplements. We`re really sensitive to changes in the blood to the blood, and it will change over time, depending on the body`s needs; that`s really important to know when you take iron. We`re not taking calcium, we`re not taking vitamin A and we`re not taking a lot of things that will affect our blood sugar. But we`re really good at monitoring and we`re good at monitoring and we can make improvements once we`ve taken it, and then it`s safe to do that. It`s also important you know whether you`ve been taking iron supplements and you know whether you`re going to have any problems with it. If you don`t like the results, it`s OK.
6. Who has been most effective in taking iron supplements?
I`ve done a lot of studies of people that`ve tried iron supplements that had success after taking their first one.
